Lime splitting is used after fleshing to divide the hides so that the split will be taken out from the grain, reduce thickness, retrieve the split, and bring the thickness requested for the end product. Chrome splitting is used to split after tanning to retrieve the split, and divide the hides to different productions.   Standard through feed sammying machine After unloading the tanned leather, it is passed through the sammying to take maximum water out of the hides flatten the hides, and make them ready for the shaving.   Heavy duty through feed sammying machine with 5 cilindres This sammying is very powerful as it is using 5 pressure cylinders we can use full substance hides, full thickness and the machine can perform perfectly.Hides without splitting.   Shaving machine The shaving machine is used to bring the leather to its final thickness. It is a precision machine that needs to be qualified to equalize the leather without differences in thickness.   Sammying and setting-out machine This machine is very important to open the hides, reduce drastically the wrinkles extract some water out of the hides, to the requested amount before drying. This machine will increase yield if it has enough power to reduce the wrinkles.
